How would you feel if you won a bet of $12 million but received nothing? Unfortunately, this was my experience in 2018. Here’s how it unfolded:

My name is Theophilus Morgan, a Ghanaian and passionate soccer betting enthusiast. Between November 7 and November 24, 2018, I placed numerous bets with SAFARIBET and achieved remarkable success across various football leagues, including the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, English Premier League, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, Spanish La Liga, French Ligue 1, and the Danish League.

I won a total of GHC 57.3 million, equivalent to $12 million in 2018 (screenshot attached). This unprecedented victory marked the largest win in the history of soccer betting. Google recorded this achievement and attributed it to me.

However, matters took a turn for the worse when SAFARIBET blocked my account, deleted all evidence, and altered the figures. Fortunately, I had taken screenshots and documented all necessary details before my account was blocked and evidence tampered with.

If you search my name or the phrase "SafariBet bolts with winner’s GHC 57m; pressure mounts on Gaming Commission," numerous links will appear detailing my story.

I petitioned the Gaming Commission, through my lawyers, to compel SAFARIBETfulfilfill its obligations, but they ignored the orders and directives issued by the Gaming Commission of Ghana.

The Gaming Commission's inaction allowed SAFARIBET to liquidate its assets, repatriate funds, and flee the country under suspicious circumstances while my case was pending in the High Court in Accra.

The Gaming Commission failed to uphold its statutory duty to protect the interests of the gaming public and the national interest. Undeterred, I continued pursuing my case and obtained a judgment in absentia against SAFARIBET.

On the day of the ruling, the presiding judge, Her Lady Jennifer Aba Dadzie, instructed the Gaming Commission to use its authority to assist me in recovering my funds.

Following my case, the Gaming Commission held a press conference to assure the public that no one else would suffer a similar fate. Despite these assurances, I have received nothing.

Since 2018, I have been chasing SAFARIBET for my winnings with no success. Family and many well-meaning friends and sympathizers believe I have received my winnings and am merely pretending otherwise.

I have invested all my life savings in hiring lawyers to seek justice, resulting in significant emotional distress and destabilization of my life as a young man.

I take solace in the Akan proverb that states, "If you don’t sell your sickness, you won’t get medication." Today, I aim to share my story with Ghana, Africa, and the world to reach those in power. I cannot fight this battle alone.

I humbly call upon the President-Elect, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, and all relevant state authorities to assist me in recovering my funds from Mr. Halit Karabasoglu, the owner of SAFARIBET.
